I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Even though I've driven past this hotel many times, it was actually better than I had expected. - The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. -The room was a great size and was clean. -The location was perfect, right by the corniche and very close to many places in Khobar.

Staff very welcoming great location rooms very spacious breakfast selection was good. The cigar lounge around the pool that served sheisha was excellent(shame not outside though) Good off road parking with east access.

We stayed just two nights on a personal trip. I appreciate the courteous and friendly front staff. I'm not very proficient in Arabic so it was a pleasure to communicate in English. My husband and I were upgraded to a business suite with a wonderful view of the Corniche. The location is great. No challenges with transportation and a walking distance to the beach park. The facilities were spacious, clean, with toiletries and laundry items too. There was soft bedding and I watched all the news I wanted to on TV. The buffet dinner was a little pricey but well worth it and the room service dinner was great too. I would definitely want to stay there next time.
